Buying a jacket online without trying it on takes a bit of trust. Here is how we try to earn it.
Size exchange
If the size is wrong, get in touch with your order number and the size you need and we will sort out an exchange. The jacket must be unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging.
What we cannot take back
- Anything that has been worn, washed, altered or tailored
- Anything without its original tags and packaging
If something is wrong with the jacket
A failed zip, loose stitching, a defect in the material — that is on us, not you. Send us photographs and we will repair or replace it.
