Delivery is free across Pakistan on every order. No minimum.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you — nothing in advance.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If two working days pass with no message from us, send us a WhatsApp on 0370 7144344 and we will chase it.
Check your address
Check your address and phone number carefully at checkout — the courier will call before delivery, so the number matters most. If you spot a mistake, message us as soon as you can and we can usually fix it before dispatch.
If nobody is home
The courier will usually attempt delivery more than once and will call first. If they cannot reach you, the parcel comes back to us. Message us and we will resend it.
